Holes appearing in foliage on brassicas

It is the first time I grow turnip, cabbage and purple sprouting broccoli and despite growing inside a brassica cage (covered in scaffold netting) holes have started to appear on the leaves on turnips and cabbage.
Is this flea beetle and is there any method to eradicate them organically?
Thanks
John

Hi Joh,
yes, this could be flea beetles. They don’t like moist soils and don’t want to be disturbed. So you can keep the soil moist, mulch and rake regularly. They disappeard within 2 weeks from my brassicas.
