Brassica knowledge please


These photos are of my Cavalo Nero and Kalette plants.
Can anyone tell me, are all of the parts edible? The flower heads and the larger leaves.

I’m assuming yes, but I’m not 100% sure.

I don’t want to waste any of them by thinking that there’s no edible bits left on them.

Yes they are, and all very tasty. It’s the joy of gyo, you can eat so much more of the plant. Try beetroot or turnip leaves as well if you have those. Enjoy!
